Update On Latest Activity

In recent years most of Pat’s hard work is in pursuing his lifetime passion for rowing.

The big project currently is training to compete at the World Masters Rowing Championships in Brandenburg Germany in September 2024.

A Life-Member of the Hawthorn Rowing Club (HRC),

Pat commenced rowing at school, initially as Coxswain at Xavier College boatsheds in 1972. After school, he moved next door to the Hawthorn Rowing Club where he has been a member for nearly 50 years with competitive rowing an integral part of his life.

Pat has served continuously on HRC Committees in multiple capacities; General Committee, Secretary, President, Vice President, Captain, Vice Captain and has been a major driver of the success of the club and in growing the Annual Head of The Yarra to be a world leading rowing event.

Currently in a pro bono capacity Pat manages the websites, marketing and communications of a number of groups including;

Hawthorn Rowing Club,

Head of the Yarra,

Meditation Capsules,
