A consumer psychologist renowned for leading the global development of one of Australia’s best known international brand Icons - Foster’s, in recent times he was responsible for marketing reform to the Higher Education sector, bringing his expertise to the University of Melbourne to successfully implement “the Melbourne Model” a radical reform to Australia’s higher education.
Pat was until recently the Executive Director Marketing at the University of Tasmania developing a place-based approach to position that university for its planet science, arts & culture, its marine and Antarctic research research, while additionally highlighting the wonderful lifestyle of this unique Island state.
Immediately prior to taking on this contract with University of Tasmania, he was part of the executive of the Australian Psychological Society heading their Communications, Marketing & Events. He worked with their 23,000 fellow members, clinicians and practitioners to promote their work, to advance their skills and to collectively advance the Psychology profession.
